FORMER BBC PRESENTER HUW EDWARDS HANDED SUSPENDED SENTENCE OVER INDECENT IMAGES OF CHILDREN

Former BBC presenter Huw Edwards has been given a six-month prison sentence, suspended for two years after he accessed indecent images of children.

Edwards pleaded guilty to three counts of making indecent images of children, with Westminster Magistrates’ Court hearing he paid up to £1,500 to be sent 41 illegal images between December 2020 and August 2021.
