Sledmere House Wedding Fayre – 16th March 2025
If you’re planning your big day, why not go along to Sledmere’s Wedding Fayre on Sunday 16th March from 10am to 4pm and view Sledmere’s four wedding venues: The Sykes Barn, The Courtyard Room, Sledmere House and The Marquee Lawn.
One of our wedding team will greet you at the rustic Sykes Barn where you will receive a free goody bag, supplier information and two free adult tickets to return on a separate day.
After viewing the Barn, enjoy a stroll through the Parkland taking in the breath-taking scenery along the way, down to Sledmere House, full of history and charm and the perfect backdrop for any wedding photo album.
Sledmere House is licensed to hold civil ceremonies in three of the principal state rooms; The Library, Main Hall and Drawing Room.
Florida Marquees will also have a magnificent marquee on display on our stunning Marquee Lawn.
Once inside the marquee, you will find all the suppliers you need to give your wedding day that extra special touch.
There is no need to register, simply turn up anytime from 10am to 4pm and chat to the wedding team and a full range of suppliers who can provide exactly what you need for your special day.
The Courtyard Room is another option for a wedding party at Sledmere – catering for up to 80 guests.
There is also a fully stocked, licenced bar and we have flexible menu options so we can tailor to your needs and are happy to talk through any of your requirements.
All visitors will also receive a 5% discount at the Coach House Café to use on the day.

We can offer you the hire of the House for your civil wedding ceremony, a drinks reception, three-course wedding breakfast, evening marquee, barn reception or just one or a combination of any of the above.
