Three arrested after burglary at business premises in Driffield
Three men have been arrested after officers were called to reports of theft from a business premises on Wadsworth Road in Driffield just before 8am on Wednesday, 17th December.
Police received a report that three men entered a business premises on Kelleythorpe Industrial Estate before allegedly stealing items and subsequently fleeing the scene in a white van.
Roads policing officers were immediately deployed to search the area and swiftly spotted a white van matching the description and registration number given on the M62 westbound shortly afterwards.
A search of the vehicle uncovered suspected stolen tyres, alloys and battery packs inside.
Three men, 18, 28 and 35-years-old, were subsequently arrested on suspicion of theft and have since been bailed pending further investigation.
