The four-storey premises, situated at 13 Market Place in the town centre, is being marketed as an ‘investment opportunity’ and it is expected there will be plenty of interest when the property is auctioned on 28th January.

The retail space has been empty since Driffield’s independent travel agent Ashley Adams Worldchoice closed suddenly on 12th August last year after going into voluntary liquidation.

The shock closure left many customers out of pocket and completely in the dark about whether their holidays or travel arrangements would be honoured.
