Woman arrested following warrant in Driffield

A woman has been arrested after officers from our Neighbourhood Crime Team and Kinetic Organised Crime Group Team conducted a warrant in Driffield this morning (Tuesday, 3rd March ).

Upon entering the address on Eastgate North, officers reportedly discovered and seized a quantity of drug paraphernalia and mobile phones believed to be involved in drug supply.

A 32-year-old woman was arrested at the scene on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of class A drugs and remains in police custody whilst enquiries continue.

A Humberside Police spokesperson said: “We remain committed to tackling drug-related crime in our communities. If you have any information about drugs or other criminal activity in your area, please speak to officers when you see them out and about, or contact our non-emergency number 101.”
