Bridlington Young Farmers Club celebrated its 70th anniversary with a dinner dance held at the Bridlington Spa on Saturday evening.

The event saw past and present members come together to celebrate the club’s achievements and mark the milestone year.

Some of the very first members of Bridlington Young Farmers Club were among the guests at the anniversary dinner.

The evening provided an opportunity for the 516 attendees to have good catch up and enjoy a delicious three course meal and entertainment provided by live band Mixtape and DJ Rich Acklam.

Organisers of the event thanked friends of the club and local businesses for donating prizes for the raffle and the sponsors for their support.

They added their thanks to the venue and all those who attended. The evening helped to raise £4,700.
