Leading Yorkshire law firm Ware & Kay incorporating Pearsons & Ward Solicitors is delighted to announce Sarah Parker’s appointment as head of agriculture.

With over nine years of experience in agricultural law, Sarah will spearhead the firm’s work with farmers, landowners, and rural businesses across Yorkshire.

Sarah brings extensive expertise in agricultural holdings, land transactions, renewable energy projects, and succession planning.

She has acted for clients on land purchases and sales, agricultural leases, farm business tenancies, and first registrations of unregistered land.

Sarah is experienced in supporting clients who are navigating development opportunities, such as renewable energy ventures and Biodiversity Net Gain Agreements, while addressing the unique challenges facing the agricultural sector.

Residing in Anlaby, East Riding of Yorkshire, with her family, Sarah graduated from the University of Hull with an LLB (Hons) in Law with German Law and Language in 2008 and qualified as a solicitor in 2015. Her meticulous handling of complex land registrations and collaborative approach have earned her high regard within the sector.
