Breaking News – Missing man found safe at Flamborough

A missing person from North Yorkshire has been found safe in the Flamborough area today by Humberside Police officers.

Paul Whing, 53, of Harrogate was last seen by his partner at 10.30am on Tuesday 5 July 2016.

Paul’s car – a grey Vauxhall Corsa – was found in the early hours of Wednesday 6 July at Flamborough Head on the East Yorkshire coast.

Humberside Police, HM Coastguard, RNLI  and Scarborough & Ryedale Mountain Rescue Team carried out an extensive searches in the immediate area of the Flamborough Lighthouse car park, along the cliff top to Thornwick Bay and in the opposite direction towards New Fall.
