Steve says farewell to Twydale Business Park

Twydale Business Park has said farewell to one of its popular characters, motor mechanic Steve Barker who is retiring after trading for almost 20 years at the site.
Steve was given a retirement gift from site manager Martin McKalroy.
He said: “We would like to wish Steve all the best for his long and happy retirement.
“Steve has been with us for almost 20 years.
“He is the kind of guy that is always willing to help anyone.
“He has been an absolute pleasure to work with over the years.
“He will be missed. Hopefully he will call in to see us for one of our chats, that puts the world to rights.
“Wishing you all the best, Steve from the team here at Newby Manor Estates.”
Leeds-based Newby Manor Estates is a family-run business which purchased Twydale Business Park at auction in 2018.

Home to several thriving businesses, it offers a range of unit sizes from 200 to 5,000 square feet on flexible terms.
It also rents 20ft shipping containers for storage on a rolling monthly basis.
The team work closely with tenants to understand their needs and preferences, and tailor leases accordingly.
