Leeds indie-folk duo The Dunwells to perform in Pocklington this May
Leeds based indie-folk/Americana duo The Dunwells are the latest artist to announce a show at All Saints’ Church in Pocklington.
The Dunwells will be visiting the historic venue on Friday 23rd May.
The All Saints’ show continues the band’s working relationship with James Duffy, from Hurricane Promotions, who has promoted shows with them across Yorkshire including at the town’s Platform Festival and at Pocklington Arts Centre.
The band’s debut album Blind Sighted Faith was released in 2012 with a further six albums/EPs being released over the last decade, all of which showcase their strong vocals, powerful melodies and heartfelt lyrics.
The Dunwells have found favour with audiences across the world having toured extensively in the USA, Europe and the UK and supported artists including Mumford and Sons and Elbow on UK tours.
Tickets for the show, which gets underway at 7:30pm on 23rd May, are priced £17.50 and can be purchased from thedunwells.com.
