The Edge: Aerial Adventure in Bridlington to reopen in April

The Edge: Aerial Adventure, near Bridlington, is reopening to the public on Saturday 5th April for another season.

The thrilling outdoor experience which can be found on Pioneer Road in Wilsthorpe, will be welcoming back local adventurers and holiday makers alike after closing for winter.

Run by East Riding of Yorkshire Council and designed for thrill-seekers of all ages, the two rope courses offer a safe and fun environment to take on a heart racing adventure with breathtaking views of the East Yorkshire coastline from the top of the high ropes.

The high ropes course includes 20 challenging elements, including the chasm jump, hanging stirrups, and zip wire.

The aerial challenge also features a variety of obstacles, towering tyres and stepping stones for the ultimate experience.

Perfect for younger adventurers, the low ropes course offers a more relaxing experience for those looking for a less intense challenge.

Visitors can build confidence on the beginner-friendly course whilst navigating swinging logs, balance beams and more.

The Edge: Aerial Adventure also offers a blend of fun, challenge, and teamwork for corporate team away days, youth groups, sporting clubs and birthday parties.

The courses are designed to foster co-operation, build trust, and enhance problem-solving skills in an outdoor environment.

Following a successful opening season in 2024, the courses will be open for their first full year of operation in 2025.

The team is excited to welcome both new and returning adventurers with the experience receiving glowing reviews from past visitors of all ages.

Parking is free for three hours at the nearby Bridlington Park and Ride car park. The site is also accessible via the East Yorkshire 130 and 136 bus routes which will drop visitors a short walk from The Edge.

Alternatively, there is the option to catch the Park and Ride bus at Harbour Top in Bridlington.
