Lions concert at Burton Agnes Hall

The North Wolds Lions Club are once again organising their annual Band Concert in the magnificent main hall of Burton Agnes Hall on Saturday 10th October commencing at 7:30pm.

The music is provided by Scarborough’s premier silver band called “Simply Brass” and this will be the 12th year they have done the concert for the Lions. The theme of their music this year is musical memories of the two world war years, and also includes a rousing performance of the Last Night of the Proms music, so flags and banners are encouraged.

Tickets are £15 each and includes a superb finger buffet supper and a glass of wine. Only 100 tickets are available and can be reserved by phoning the organiser, Lion Keith Harris on Driffield 01377 254172. All proceeds go to the Lions club charitable requests.
