Halloween Adventure and Fireworks Fun Await at Sledmere House

Sledmere House and Gardens is back with its ninth annual Musical Fireworks Spectacular, and this year’s theme is an exciting blast from the past: 80’s Pop! On Saturday, 26th October, visitors can expect vibrant fireworks synced to iconic 80’s hits, setting the sky ablaze with color. The festivities kick off at 4pm, with a thrilling funfair and tasty bonfire treats at the Coach House Café.

The fireworks display begins at 7:30pm, courtesy of the talented team at Blaze, along with Pulse AV providing sound, lighting, and lasers. Don’t forget to pre-book tickets and bring cash for on-site purchases.

Musical Fireworks Spectacular 2024 Prices:

Adult ticket: £13.50

Child ticket (age 3 -16): £8.00

Family ticket (2 adults/2 children): £40.00

Under 3’s: Free (Ticket required)

Sledmere Friends Discounted Prices:

Adult ticket: £9.50

Child ticket: £5.50

Discounted tickets are available for Sledmere Friends Members – please select the amount of tickets you would like (Adult/Child/U3’s), then enter your Membership number in the ‘Promo’ box when purchasing your General Admission ticket to receive the discount on your ticket. This is a single-use code, and linked to the type of Membership that you hold. If you have a Family Friends Membership, it must be for the correct combination of Adults and Children. If you require a different combination of people for this event, please contact the Ticket Office, who will discount your tickets accordingly.

Carers:

Carer tickets can be ordered with the Ticket Office either over the phone or in person, we ask that you bring proof of carer documentation with you to the event.

Parking and Arrival:

Please follow signs and use the postcode YO25 3XS for the parking entrance. This is not at the usual entrance to the main site for Sledmere House and Gardens, but is nearby. On arrival, please have all tickets ready for scanning in.

Spooky Barn: Halloween Adventure

For those looking for spooky fun, the Spooky Barn: Halloween Adventure will run throughout October half-term. Professor Nefarious from Rusticus Theatre Company will guide brave visitors through eerie encounters with magical creatures, offering a family-friendly Halloween walk-through. There’s also a pumpkin hunt in the Walled Garden and other spellbinding activities.
