HIGHFIELD HOUSE – Nathan is back home making the finest Yorkshire cuisine

Highfield has proudly launched its speciality restaurant offering a menu celebrating classic British cuisine served in the luxurious setting of its entertaining rooms.

The restaurant, which is open for lunch and dinner from Monday to Thursday, as well as Sunday lunches, showcases locally grown and sourced ingredients, taking advantage of the herbs and vegetables grown in Highfield’s own kitchen garden and sourcing the best raw ingredients from hand-picked local suppliers.

Chef Nathan Carlisle is Driffield born and bred. He began his career working at some of the best restaurants across East Yorkshire.

Michelin-starred opportunities and the chance to travel saw Nathan hone his talents in Australia before returning to his home town.

Nathan has said it is his mission to put Highfield on the food map and his refined great British and great Yorkshire cuisine complements beautifully with the grand elegant dining spaces at Highfield.
