HIGHFIELD HOUSE – One of the most iconic buildings in Driffield

Highfield House holds a special place in the hearts of many, whether it was the venue where you got married, or the location where you celebrated a special milestone birthday or enjoyed a memorable occasion with family and friends.

When current owners Andy and Lindsey Lampard moved in back in 2015, they quickly realised the importance of the Grade II-listed house to the Driffield community.

Despite their original intention to enjoy the house as their family home and office, they soon realised it was the perfect home to share and so began their labour of love to renovate the property into a spectacular weddings and celebrations venue, an exclusive boutique hotel and speciality restaurant.

Seven years later, the couple are rightly proud of their achievements and love nothing more than sharing their home with their guests for a bespoke experience that will stay with them for years to come.

Andy told the Wolds Weekly: “Highfield is the perfect house to share and to have kept it to ourselves would have been greedy.

“It is so much nicer to have the house full of people enjoying themselves and creating a real buzz.
“We have had great fun renovating the house and are delighted with what we have achieved and the response we have received from guests.

“We believe Highfield is a very special place and when people walk through the gates, they enter a different world.

“Whether it be celebrating a wedding or special occasion, as diners to our restaurant or one of our cocktail evenings, guests can come here and enjoy a special experience and have a sanctuary away from everyday life.”
